Full description: -Mailing Address: HRA, 1756 Kraemer Drive, Winona, MN 55987 The Public Health Nurse conducts periodic health screenings each month through the Block Nurse Program. This building is equipped with security systems with surveillance cameras and automatic time lock doors when entry doors lock at 5:00 p.m. In every apartment there is an emergency call system connected to 911. The location of Valley View Tower makes it easy for seniors to access services and consumer goods. MidTown Foods is across the street, and in the same area are: city offices, restaurants. the post office, a pharmacy, and the downtown shopping area. Each apartment has excellent closet space. A laundry room is located on the first floor. There is also a lounge for social gatherings. The Skyroom on the 12th Floor is now the home of the SEMCAC senior dining program. -The majority of apartments are one-bedroom units. A few have two-bedrooms, and some are handicapped units. We also have a an onsite manager who is there most afternoons.

Eligibility: Must meet income and age requirements.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Fees: Rent is based on 30% of income after deductions for seniors, medical expenses, and utilities.
